One of Red Star’s strong suits is prototyping and continuing the development of a customer’s concept.  Whether it is trying a newly engineered resin, encapsulating a delicate insert, or attempting to bond plastic to a plastic or metal insertion, Red Star can help.  Years of building and installing insert injection molding machines across North America;  assisting customers with set up and start-up has given Red Star experience seldom found with a contract manufacturer.  Add to that the unique ability Red Star has in manufacturing its own injection molding and support equipment and it is easy to see why Red Star excels at rapid prototyping and development.
